The law firm of B. Adam Sagan, Esquire evolved from several prior firms, namely Flager & Sagan, 1990-1994 and Sagan & Greenberg, PC, 1995-2000. Developed upon a philosophy of personal service and client concern, the Firm has it's primary location at The Neshaminy Interplex, Trevose, PA with a support office in Philadelphia, PA.

 

All services are delivered with the belief that it is the client, not the attorney that is the focus of services. The philosophy is based upon a three tier model of services provided each client. First, to offer legal protections and make certain that no insurance company, employer, person or agency can manipulate, misrepresent or otherwise coerce the client. Second, it is the responsibility of the attorney to educate the client, to make the law understandable and to acquaint the client with both their rights and responsibilities under the law and facts of their individual case. Third, to maximize each recovery and acquaint the client with all possible avenues under the existing law to obtain and integrate additional benefits from whatever sources are available, including short/long term disability programs, retirement programs, unemployment disability and governmental disability programs. To these ends, each case is tailored to the needs of the client represented; no "cookie cutter" approach is implented, assuring each client of a personalized level of service.
